How it works…
Our AXI systems utilize cross-sectional X-rays to isolate the board top side from the bottom side. Eliminating the need for board contact, the technology measures the amount of solder on each joint, even identifying hidden solder joints. AXI pinpoints the defect to the component and pin, highlighting its location to the operator for rapid repair.
